This hotel, part of a franchise, is an excellent choice in central Banjarmasin (which by the way is a very interesting city). Rooms are functional and very comfortable, breakfast is excellent, and the location is great - many restaurants and warung nearby, an only 15 minutes walk to the Pasar Terapung on the river. I also liked the spacious and relaxing outdoor cafeteria. Best of all though were the staff, especially Roni, who is thoroughly professional and speaks excellent English, and is very friendly and service-minded; he very smoothly and efficiently helped me with a trip to the Lok Baintan market that was easily the highlight of my stay. Recommended!

Well organised hotel with superb location and very helpful staff. English speaking reception guy Ronnie organised us the visit of floating market and book the bus tickets, very efficient and great help from Ronnie. Beer bar very close to the hotel😎

- The floor and the restroom were clean - the staff is nice and smiling. - AC is efficient and quiet - No noise from outside - OK TV - awesome shower
